Mission for Community Development or MCODE is a non-profit grassroots organization based in the Buikwe District of Uganda. MCODE's mission is to empower individuals to improve their lives and promote community driven development in the rural areas of Uganda. MCODE collaborates with multiple partners to tackle health, economic, and social disparities by providing formal education, vocational training, HIV/AIDS prevention, access to clean water, and many more. By doing so, MCODE hopes to uplift standards of living for the disadvantaged and foster a healthy, self-sustaining community.
